The goal of the sales team is to generate new business opportunities and build awareness of South Walton as a destination for the meetings and conventions, incentives, weddings, and consumer travel markets. We aim to be a trusted source of information while inspiring group travel to South Walton.

Recent Industry Events:

Incentive Live: This Incentive Live, loyalty and motivation event, consisted of 20 one-on-one appointments in St. Petersburg, Fla., with pre-qualified incentive planners. The event also included presentations by industry experts who provided the latest perspectives on industry trends, best practices and networking opportunities. Interest in Walton County was high, and follow-up on the appointments is in progress to cultivate new leads for our partners.

Visitor Center Updates:

The visitor center staff welcomed 1,582 people during the month of May and sold $24,645 in Walton County merchandise. Our featured item for May is our Camden Ribbed Sweatshirt with Embroidered Logo.

Our featured item is made with 100% corded cotton with the South Walton logo on the front. The sweatshirt is garment-dyed then snow-washed for a vintage look. The unisex fit sweatshirt is oversized, so consider sizing down for a true-to-size fit.
