The goal of the sales team is to generate new business opportunities and build awareness of South Walton as a destination for the meetings and conventions, incentives, weddings, and consumer travel markets. We aim to be a trusted source of information while inspiring group travel to South Walton.

For the 10th time, the Walton County Tourism Department has been awarded the Convention South’s Readers' Choice Award. Eight-thousand readers voted on the award to choose those hotels, resorts, and Destination Marking Organizations in the Southeastern United States which exhibit excellence, creativity, and professionalism in the Meetings and Conventions industry.

Visitor Center Updates:
The visitor center staff welcomed 907 people during the month of November and sold $13,027 in Walton County merchandise. Our featured item for December is our Comfort Colors Discovery Tee.
