SALES + VISITOR CENTER
The goal of the sales team is to generate new business opportunities and build awareness of South Walton as a destination for the meetings and conventions, incentives, weddings, and consumer travel markets. We aim to be a trusted source of information while inspiring group travel to South Walton.
Recent Sales Missions:
- CONNECT Texas was held just outside of Austin on October 26-29. The event was an appointment-only trade show where the sales team met one-on-one with the most active planners and meetings experts in Texas, as well as, general sessions, round tables, and quality networking.
- Smart Meetings Southeast was in South Florida October 15-17. The sales team had 25 appointments with meeting planners considering destinations in the Southeast for upcoming events.

Visitor Center Updates:
For the month of October, the Visitor Center welcomed 1,514 guests and sold $13,496 in merchandise. We offer a convenient in-store pickup option is available through our online store, so visitors or residents who are nearby can place an order online and skip the shipping costs by picking up their merchandise at the Visitor Center. Curbside pickup is also available.
