Every Travel-Related Black Friday Deal You Need to Know About

Black Friday is right around the corner, and while we've been keeping an eye out for deep discounts on tech, luggage, boots, tents, and other winter essentials, we'd be remiss not to share some of the best deals on hotels, cruises, air travel, and more. From luxury resort stays in New York State to bucket list cruises to the Galápagos, companies are pulling out all the stops this year to make up for lost travel time.

Below, we've put together a list of some of our favorite Black Friday and Cyber Monday travel deals of 2021. Read on to save big on your next trip.

Resorts & Hotels

Hotel Barriere Le Carl Gustaf, St. Barth

St. Bart’s 5-star Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf, which just opened last year, is offering its first-ever Black Friday sale this Nov. 26 to 29. The hotel’s luxurious suites, which normally start at $990, will be 15 percent off. The sale also includes airport transfers, daily breakfast, a yoga or pilates class, and two massages. Plus, you get $50 in dining credit, which can be used at Fouquet’s, the Caribbean’s first outpost of the famed Parisian brasserie, located on-site.

Mohonk Mountain Resort, New Paltz, New York

A National Historic Landmark, this 152-year-old Victorian castle resort in the Hudson Valley is offering big discounts on winter stays. You can get either 40 percent off midweek rates or 25 percent off select weekend rates, plus a 20 percent discount on retail purchases at the gift shop and spa when you spend $100 or more. Your reservation comes with three meals a day, fitness classes, ice-skating and cross-country skiing, guided hikes through the Catskill Mountains, and more. The sale runs from Nov. 16 through Dec. 3, and is valid for a minimum two-night stay between Jan. 2 and March 26, 2022. See the resort's website for more details.

Arlo Hotels

With locations in New York City (SoHo, NoMad, Midtown) and Miami Beach, Arlo Hotels is offering 40 percent off room rates on stays through April 30, 2022. Offer is available from Nov. 26 through Nov. 29. The hotel is also giving away one seven-night stay at any property of the winner's choosing; you must enter the sweepstakes by 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 30 for a chance to win.

Hyatt

With Hyatt's Global offer, you can get up to 15 percent off reservations at more than 850 hotels, including Andaz Mayakoba, Andaz West Hollywood, Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino, and Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. You have until Dec. 21 to book; this offer is valid only for stays that take place through April 30, 2022.

Graduate Hotels

For those looking to visit loved ones at school this winter, the Graduate Hotels chain, which boasts chic boutique hotels in college towns across the country, will be running a Black Friday promotion from Nov. 29 to Dec. 3. Rooms will be discounted up to 50 percent off for travel through March 31.

Kimpton Hotels

Kimpton Hotels announced it will be running a Black Friday promotion from Nov. 23 through Dec. 6, offering 25 percent off rooms booked across their entire portfolio of properties for stays Nov. 26 through April 30, 2022. For every room booked, the brand will also donate $5 per night to No Kid Hungry. Travelers will need to sign up for a free IHG Rewards membership in order to take advantage of the sale. 

Accor Hotels

From Nov. 22 through Nov. 29, Accor Hotels will be offering 30 percent off rooms in their North and Central America properties for stays Dec. 6, 2021 to Dec 29, 2022. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale is for loyalty members only, so make sure to create an account—it’s free—to take advantage.

Viceroy Hotels and Resorts

Viceroy Hotels and Resorts will be offering up to 35 percent off hotels, resorts and flexible cancellations during their Cyber Week Sale, running Nov. 15 through Dec. 6. Varying blackout dates will apply to each property.

Travel Companies

Priceline

This worldwide travel booking platform is celebrating Black Friday like never before by offering more than $7 million worth of savings on hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises, and more starting at 9 a.m. on Nov. 22. But the biggest discounts take place from Black Friday to Cyber Monday, when you can enjoy 10 percent off Express Deals in addition to flash sales. Priceline is also giving VIPs and Email Insiders mystery coupons for up to 99 percent off; sign up for the rewards program by Nov. 27 to be eligible.

Airlines

La Compagnie

All business-class airline La Compagnie is bringing back its “Blue Friday” promotion this year in celebration of its first-ever route to Milan, launching spring 2022. From Nov. 19 through Nov. 23, 2021, travelers will be able to book direct, round-trip business class flights to Italy for $1,500.

Cruises

Hurtigruten Expeditions

This cruise line is offering up 50 percent off sailings (plus 10 percent off deposits) to destinations as far-reaching as Iceland, Antarctica, the Galápagos, Alaska, and West Africa. Deals are available on Hurtigruten's website from Nov. 22 to Nov. 30, though you can take advantage of the discounts now if you book through a travel agent.

Virgin Voyages

From now until Nov. 29, the cruise line is offering 20 percent off voyages that are taking place between December and March 2022. Most cruises set sail in the Caribbean, though one itinerary takes travelers from the U.K. to Zeebrugge (Bruges). With your reservation, you will also get $100 to go towards your prepaid bar tab. MSC Cruises

On cruises through the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Mediterranean, and Northern Europe, you can get a balcony stateroom for the price of an oceanview room with this cruise line's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. Even better, kids sail free and you can change your reservation 48 hours ahead of your departure date.
